J. Bruce Preston

Bruce Preston has been practicing law in B.C. for over 25 years. He has a broad range of experience acting for small and medium size corporate clients as well as individuals.

Bruce has assisted business clients with incorporations, business acquisitions, shareholders agreements and other business contracts. He also represents clients in a range of real estate transactions including acquisition of property, subdivision and stratification, financing and Strata Property Act Disclosure Statements.

In addition to representing corporate and business clients, Bruce represents individuals in estate planning matters including preparation of wills and trusts. He also acts for executors in estate probate matters.
